For her diet, Shruti shared,“I try eating every 2 hours. I never miss breakfast which is a wholesome 4 egg-white omelet with one slice of toast and a glass of milk. Lunch and dinner are usually rice, dal, veggies and fruits. Thankfully I don’t like sweets so I’ve more or less managed to eliminate sugar from my diet. I only crave colas (a habit I want to get rid of), onion rings and French fries but I don’t completely restrict myself from having them. Rather I keep a check on the quantity. So that ways, I end up having everything I like”.
