Although my sleep schedule is on the whacky side, I cannot overemphasize the importance of sleep. Muscle growth and repair happens while you sleep; I don’t throw away all of my hard work by not giving my body the rest that it needs.”

Emily Skye is a model, fitness expert, and wellness coach. Born on  was 15 years of age when she started working as a model. In October 2015, she started to earn attention after she posted makeup-free pictures of herself on Instagram.

How does she keeps a very fit and sexy body? Here’s what she revealed in one of her interviews: “I always mix it up & do different exercises so my body doesn’t get used to them.
It goes something like this; Day 1: Legs (heavy) – Squats, lunges, leg extension, leg press, leg curls. Day 2: Shoulders using dumbbells & the cable machine. Day 3: Bis & Tris using dumbbells & cables. Day 4: Legs (light) – Usually 10 sets of 20 lunges with a bar on my shoulders & squats against the wall with a ball to support my lower back. Day 5: Back – Dead lifts, bent over rows, heaves, lat pull downs, seated row cable machine. Day 6: Circuit/sprints/tabata/intervals. Day 7: REST! I do abs every 3 days & calves twice a week.”

For her diet, Emily shared, “Clean but not too strict at the moment. When you deprive yourself of certain foods when competing you risk damaging your metabolism so I still include carbs & all the food groups to stay nutritionally balanced and to keep my metabolism working well. I have been eating clean for the past few weeks & I’m already getting great results.”

The sister of Tracy David, she attended school at Guildford School of Acting and Berklee College of Music. From 2011 to 2012, she became known for her appearances on the TV show Pixelface, playing the role Alexia. She also became popular for her role on Waterloo Road as Francesca “Cesca” Montoya from 2010 to 2011.

According to Karen in an interview, she took her inspiration to stay fit from her parents. She said, “I can thank my parents, who are absolute health nuts. They go on and on about different things — vitamins and supplements. I always start the day off with hot water and lemon. Discipline in this way is so key.  Locking into a routine is very difficult, but it helps me so much.”

She added, “I know when I don’t go to the gym, my body craves it. When the acting starts up, with the punishing hours, it throws my schedule off but  even if I can do ten minutes a day — a ‘cup of coffee workout’ — just some press ups and lunges and sit ups, then the day turns out totally different. Yoga and meditation are also very important… They’ve changed my life. Just three minutes of  breath and exercise work in my trailer before set causes this surge of focus and every.”
