Trinidadian-American singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress Heather Headley was born on October 5, 1974 in Barataria, Trinidad and Tobago. She is currently the spouse of Brian Musso. She started to have s successful career in the year 1997 when she was hired to play the role Nala on The Lion King, the Broadway musical.
She then earned another success in the year 2000 when she performed the title role in the Broadway adaptation of Aida which earned her the Tony Award for Best Actress in 2000.
When it comes to keeping a fabulous shape, Heather does it by daily walks. She is also healthy when it comes to her diet. According to her in an interview, “Pancakes and bacon with apple and elderflower juice at the flat I’m staying in while doing The Bodyguard. It’s a really aerobic show and my doctor wants me to eat every two hours because I lose weight so easily. I pack in the carbs but avoid tomatoes (I suffer from acid reflux) and dairy. I take a vitamin supplement daily.”
