Lea Katherine Thompson is an American actress, television director, and television producer. She was born on the 31st of May 1961 in Rochester, Minnesota, United States. The wife of Howard Deutch, she is the mother of Zoey Deutch and Madelyn Deutch. Allthroughout her career, she became known for her appearances on TV series such as Caroline in the City, For the People, Switched at Birth, Call Me Crazy: A Five Film, and many others. Presently, she works for the animated series Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero, voicing the character Vonnie Zero.
Lea stays fit by performing Yoga. “When it comes to my body, lately I take a lot of Yoga, which reduces stress and keeps you in touch with your body,” Lea said in one of her interviews. “I’m really happy with Yoga.”
In addition, she watches what she eats. She only consumes healthy and natural foods. “I don’t do a lot of sugar,” she said. “I eat what’s natural. I don’t drink and I don’t smoke.”
